My house is only fours years old. I use the air conditioning often in the summer time. I rarely use the heater. I regularly replace the air filters. Is there any need to call an air conditioner cleaning/servicing provider to come to my house to perform any routine service?

Once a piece of HVAC equipment gets between 3 and 5 years old,
and I don’t care if it is the best piece of equipment ever made,
it should be serviced annually by a competent service technician.
Do you clean the coils? Can you check the pressure of the refrigerant? Any belts? Everything properly lubricated?
