Help had a lightening strike at my house. Insurance paid to have it fixed, Hired someone and they started and never finished the work. Their is a circuit panel that he took out and never brought back. Any advice on what to do?? I feel like he was a real scam artist.
The best place to start is to call your insurance company and explain what happened, a lot of them will step in and handle things for you.
